a. Ride Cancellations by User:
Before Ride Confirmation: You can cancel a ride before the driver is assigned, and you will receive a full refund.
After Ride Confirmation but Before Pickup: A cancellation fee may apply, which will be deducted from the refund.
No-Show or Cancellation After Pickup: No refunds will be provided if the driver arrives at the pickup location and you fail to show up or cancel after the ride has started.
b. Ride Cancellations by Jaynstar:
If we cancel a ride due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., driver unavailability), you will receive a full refund or a credit for future rides.
3. Travel Tour Services Refunds
a. Tour Booking Cancellations by User:
More than 48 Hours Before the Tour: Full refund.
24-48 Hours Before the Tour: 50% refund.
Less than 24 Hours Before the Tour: No refund, except in exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies). Documentation may be required.
b. Tour Cancellations by Jaynstar:
If a tour is canceled by us due to weather conditions, insufficient participants, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
