a. Ride Cancellations by the User
- If you cancel a ride before the driver is assigned, you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel after the ride is confirmed but before pickup, a cancellation fee may apply, which will be deducted from your refund.
- No refunds are provided if you fail to show up at the pickup location or cancel after the ride begins.
b. Ride Cancellations by JayNStar
- When we cancel a ride due to unforeseen circumstances, such as driver unavailability, you will receive a full refund or credit for a future ride.
3. Travel Tour Services Refunds
a. Tour Booking Cancellations by the User
- More than 48 Hours Before the Tour: You will receive a full refund.
- 24–48 Hours Before the Tour: A 50% refund will be issued.
- Less than 24 Hours Before the Tour: No refunds are issued unless exceptional circumstances apply (e.g., medical emergencies with documentation).
b. Tour Cancellations by JayNStar
- If we cancel a tour due to weather, insufficient participants, or other unforeseen issues, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
