Account & Data Deletion Request – Jaynstar /APP’s

Users may request deletion of their account and associated data for any Jaynstar or V2Games application.

To request deletion, please email help@jaynstar.com with:

  • App name (e.g. TaxSolo)

  • Registered email (if applicable)

  • Device platform (Android / iOS)

Data deletion requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal and regulatory requirements.

Some non-identifiable or legally required records (e.g. transaction logs) may be retained where required by law.
