By entering the Jaynstar V2Games platform node, initializing our gaming loops, or maintaining saved score profiles inside our database infrastructure, you explicitly consent to the operational conditions declared below.

1. Platform Engagement Rules

Players are allowed to access our instant game modules for personal entertainment purposes. Automated scripts running execution tasks inside canvas modules, score payload injections, or hacking server endpoints to gain fake high scores or free coins balances is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent UID account bans.

2. Virtual Assets & Premium Shop Credits

Any transactions initialized inside our Arcade Micro-Shop via secure Stripe checkout endpoints grant digital virtual entitlements tokens (such as PRO VIP Tiers or Gold Credits packages). These tokens are purely operational parameters used within our gaming canvases software, hold no monetary value, and cannot be traded for physical real-world currencies.

3. Disclaimers of Liability

Jaynstar V2Games renders all gaming code packages on an "as-is" configuration scale. We are not liable for accidental score metrics wipeout logs caused by locally cleared browser data storage or connection dropouts occurring during active engine execution sequences.

4. Policy Revisions

Our management network reserves the right to scale and rewrite these operational agreements rules at any time to preserve full network validation conditions. Continued play confirmation inside our terminal frameworks counts as automated acceptance of your current updated terms rules sets.
